Taylor is the Founder and Designer at Gracia Taylor Design Co. She works with some of the best teams and vendors across Connecticut and New England to design bespoke spaces for every type of lifestyle.
As the daughter of an Interior Decorator, Taylor had an early love for all things design. She grew up playing with fabric samples, wall coverings, and paint swatches. She explored art at a young age through different mediums such as photography, painting, and graphic design.
Taylor has been fortunate enough to travel the world, which has given her a unique perspective on how people live and an understanding of how different patterns, colors, layouts, and spaces can make you feel. She believes that design sets a tone, creating a setting for a family’s everyday life.
A couple of years ago, Taylor and her husband bought their first home. During this process, she truly discovered her passion for interior design and an appreciation for architecture and art. She spent the next two years renovating and transforming an 1820s farmhouse into a modern family home - preserving the unique character while modernizing the look and feel.
Taylor lives in Wilton, CT, with her husband, daughter Madeline, and their two dogs, Nellie & Wyatt. In her free time, she can be found hosting dinner parties with colorful tablescapes, searching for the perfect detail for her home, and exploring local areas with her family.
